Are these reward cards reloadable?
No, these cards are non-reloadable. Once the balance is fully used, the card is no longer active. We recommend keeping the card until you are sure that any items purchased wont need to be returned.
Can the name on the card be changed?
For physical cards, the name on the card cannot be altered, but this wont affect its usage. Virtual cards, however, allow you to update the name during the registration process.
Why was this reward card sent to me?
Companies often purchase reward cards through OmniCard.com for employees, clients, or customers. The reason for receiving the card is not provided to us. The card is prepaid by the company, ensuring no costs for you.
Why is my card balance lower than expected?
If a transaction was canceled or declined, the merchant may have placed a hold on the funds. This hold typically releases in 7-10 business days. Check your balance after this period and contact customer service if the issue persists.
Why did my card get declined for an online purchase?
Online shopping carts often require the billing address to match the cards registered information. If your address wasnt assigned, you can register your card at omnicard.com/cards. Ensure the address you use during checkout matches the registered address.
Why was my card declined at a restaurant?
Restaurants might authorize up to 20% more than the bill to cover tips. If the cards balance doesnt cover this, ask the cashier to charge only the bill amount. Be ready to pay the tip or difference using another payment method.
Why cant I use my card at a gas station?
Gas stations have varying payment systems. To avoid issues, pay inside and ask the attendant to charge a specific amount as a “credit” transaction.
Why isnt my card working?
